Per project and hourly rates are available depending upon complexity and whether we need to meet in person or not.

Refund Policy

Since we are a services business, I do not offer refunds. I will however work on an exchange basis to ensure that any disagreements regarding my services are resolved to a mutually agreeable resolution.

If you have a query on a charge or credit from me on your credit card statement, please contact me first via phone or email before contacting the credit card company so I may resolve the issue immediately.
